Senior Network Engineer
Reporting directly to the Director of Network Operations, the Senior Network Engineer will provide planning and recommendations, as well as be responsible for installation, monitoring, and maintenance of all network equipment such as: Advanced configuration of Cisco routers and switches Configuration of Netscreen Firewall/VPN appliances Using tcpdump / ethereal to debug network issues Configuration of IPSec VPNs Making recommendations to improve network reliability Perform network design, implementation, documentation, and support Configuration and troubleshooting of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) Take and resolve escalated issues from other internal departments Troubleshoot and isolate customer connectivity issues Work with vendors to escalate and resolve related problems Assist with special projects as required
