Drawing upon his experience of building two datacenters from the ground up as well as a current 6,000 sq. ft. expansion project, Mr. Honick will reveal keys to success, pitfalls to avoid, and must-have technologies to use during construction. Attendees will see examples of cost-saving techniques, sample budgets, and technological evaluation models, while learning how to create a flexible framework for effective planning.
