The Newark Film Festival kicks off its third year this week and is enjoying the reputation garnered as Delaware's fastest growing community event. This year's festival will run from September 6th to the 9th and present 23 feature films with over 67 showings. The event was founded by film aficionados Barry Schlecker and Lisa Lucas.
