How do I log into the Ensim Control Panel?

The following article describes how to log in to the Ensim Control Panel. There are 4 types of users that may log in to the Control Panel and each has different access to the Ensim interface. The primary link for the Control Panel gives the option of logging in as each type of user and provides links to Ensim's online documentation.

To log into the Ensim Control Panel, choose the type of user from the list below and follow the associated steps:

Appliance Administrator

Primary administrator for the entire server

1. Open a browser window and go to https://<ipaddress>:19638/webhost/rollout/welcome
2. Click Login next to Appliance Administrator.
3. Select the Language you wish to use.
4. Enter the Login and Password that was supplied to you in your setup email.
5. Click Login.

Reseller Administrator

Manager of all the websites on a server

1. Open a browser window and go to https://<ipaddress>:19638/webhost/rollout/welcome
2. Click Login next to Reseller Administrator.
3. Select the Language you wish to use.
4. Enter the Login and Password that was supplied to you in your setup email.
5. Click Login.

Site Administrator

Manager of a specific website on a server

1. Open a browser window and go to https://<ipaddress>:19638/webhost/rollout/site
2. Click Login next to Site Administrator.
3. Select the Language you wish to use.
4. Enter the Login, Domain Name and Password that was supplied to you in your setup email.
5. Click Login.

User Administrator

Controller of certain functionality for a specific website

1. Open a browser window and go to https://<ipaddress>:19638/webhost/rollout/site
2. Click Login next to User Administrator.
3. Select the Language you wish to use.
4. Enter the Login, Domain Name and Password that was supplied to you in your setup email.
5. Click Login.
