How do I setup email notifications in VisualVault?

The following article explains how to setup email notifications on a user level. When an account is setup, the email address for the user is setup in the user's profile. This enables the user to receive emails based on a few different options, or criteria.

To setup email notifications, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a browser window and go to your VisualVault Login page.
  2. Enter the following information:
    • User ID: this will typically be in the format of firstname.lastname
    • Password: the password for your account
  3. From the My Vault menu, select My Email Alert Subscriptions.
  4. From the Select Subscription Area dropdown, select the area you wish to subscribe from.
  5. Click the item you wish to subscribe.
  6. Choose the events you wish to subscribe to.
  7. Click Save Event Subscriptions.
