How do I configure DNS for SmarterMail?
The following article explains how to configure DNS for SmarterMail on your VPS. When DNS servers are specified in the SmarterMail administrator, the server knows which DNS servers to query to find out where email should be delivered. The following DNS servers should be specified:
76.12.32.110
208.112.89.187
To configure DNS, please follow these steps:
- Open a Web browser and log into SmarterMail as the administrator.
- From the Settings menu, select General Settings.
- On the Server Info tab, enter the following information:
- IP of Primary DNS - 76.12.32.110
- IP of Secondary DNS - 208.112.89.187
- Click Save.
