  1. Verify a DNS zone has been configured for your domain name on our name servers.
  2. Perform a whois lookup on your domain name.
  3. Verify your domain name is pointing to our name servers. If it is not, repoint your domain name to’s name servers. This will take 24 – 72 hours to propagate.
  4. Verify you have access to the email address listed as the administrative contact. If not, you will need to have your current registrar update this email address.
  5. Allow the appropriate time for any propagation or updates to your domain name to occur.
  6. Contact your registrar to unlock your domain.
  7. Contact’s support staff to initiate the transfer.

Once the transfer has been initiated, an email will be sent to the administrative contact for the domain name. You must reply to this email confirming the transfer.
