- SmarterMail is a web based mail program developed by Smartertools. The web based interface allows you to manage your email users as well as send, receive and store email information. SmarterMail has an easy to use interface that includes Spam filters as well as multi-language support.
- Question:
- Can I login from any computer to check my email?
- Answer:
- Yes. As long as your computer has a connection to the internet you are able to log into the SmarterMail web interface to access your mail accounts.
- Question:
- How much space do I get with my email account?
- Answer:
- Each domain name can store up to 1 Gig of email messages. The administrator can divide this space up between his users. Each user can have a maximum of 100 Megs. The SmarterMail web interface provides reporting features that allow you to monitor the size of each users mailbox.
- Question:
- Can I manage my SmarterMail account through the Customer Control Panel?
- Answer:
- Within the control panel you have the ability to create and manage users as well as log into the SmarterMail web interface.
- Question:
- Can I use a third party program with my SmarterMail account?
- Answer:
- Our SmarterMail servers are configured to allow POP3 conenctions from 3rd party programs like Microsoft Outlook or Netscape Mail. Our Premium Mail server allows for IMAP connections as well as POP3. More information on this topic can be found here.

- Answer:
- Online help documentation is provided for each and every screen within the SmarterMail interface. Simply click Help in the top right corner and the help documentation will open up explaining the screen you are looking at. Also, we are here 24 hours a day to answer any questions you have.
