How do I create a new contact?

The following article explains how to create a new contact for the Control Panel. This contact will have access to the Control Panel to perform various functions related to the type of contact created.

To create a new contact, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a browser window and go to
  2. Click on Control Panel Login.
  3. Log into the Control Panel as the Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain.
  4. Click on Account & Billing and select Manage Contacts.
  5. Click on New Contact.
  6. Select the appropriate contact (Billing or Technical) and fill in the necessary information.
  7. Click Add.
