How do I create Exchange mailboxes?

The following article explains how to create your Exchange mailboxes. A 3 step wizard will guide you through ordering the mailboxes, creating your domain profile and then setting up your mailboxes for that domain.

To create Exchange mailboxes, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a browser window and go to
  2. Click on Control Panel Login.
  3. Log into the Control Panel as the Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain.
  4. Click the Exchange Hosting 30 Day FREE Trial banner on the Control Panel home page.
  5. Click Order Additional Mailboxes.
  6. In the new window that opens up, select the number of mailboxes you need and complete the order form.
  7. Close the order form window and return to the Control Panel window.
  8. Click Proceed to Step 2.
  9. Under Create New Domain Profile, enter the requested information.
  10. Click Proceed to Step 3.
  11. Enter the requested information for each mailbox.
  12. Click Admin to designate an administrative user. This option is required for one user in your domain profile.
  13. Click Create Mailboxes.
