How do I modify the information for my domain in Postini?

The following article explains how to modify the information for your domain in Postini. This information is used in the setup email your users will receive. You can modify this information through the Control Panel.

To modify the information, please follow these steps:

Open a browser window and go to www.HostMySite.com
Click on Control Panel Login.
Log into the Control Panel as the Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain.
Expand Postini Spam Filtering and select Manage Domain Profiles.
Select the appropriate domain profile from the drop down. If you only have one domain profile, it will be selected by default.
Under General Settings, click the domain name.
Update the Company and/or Support Contact.
Click Save Changes.

Please allow up to 5 minutes for the change to take effect.
