How do I add MIVA Merchant 5 to a hosting account?

The following article explains how to add MIVA Merchant to an existing hosting account.
MIVA Merchant can be added to any hosting account. The fee is $15/month and is charged only for the remainder
of your billing cycle. For example, if you have 3 months remaining on a yearly hosting account, the charge at
this time will be $45, $15/month for 3 months. At the time of your renewal, MIVA Merchant will be charged for
the full renewal cycle.

To add MIVA Merchant to a hosting account,
please follow these steps:

1. Open a browser window and go to www.HostMySite.com
2. Click on Control Panel Login.
3. Log into the Control Panel as the Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain.
4. Click Add MIVA Merchant Storefront from the menu.
   
5. Click Add MIVA Merchant.
