How do I add contacts to my SmarterMail account?

The following article explains how to add a single contact or a batch of contacts to your SmarterMail account through our control panel interface. You are able to add contacts for any user.

To add contacts, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a browser window and go to
  2. Click on Control Panel Login.
  3. Log into the Control Panel as one of the following:
    • Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain
    • Technical Contact for the domain
  4. Click on Email and select Manage Users.
  5. Click Edit User next to the username.
  6. Click Insert Contacts for
  7. Enter each mail contact using the following format:
    • name, email address

  8. Click Update Contacts.
